The Best Little Boy in the World

"The Best Little Boy in the World" is a true story of coming out and acceptance, including and probably most importantly self-acceptance. Reading this book takes me back to the trials that I went through in my own coming to terms. Of course, he didn't take the step of getting married as I did, trying to prove to myself and others that I truly was TBLBITW. In any case, this book is interesting reading for someone already out and maybe even inspirational to someone dealing with these issues themselves. The author has since come out of the closet and revealed himself as Andrew Tobias. He has also written a sequel to the book called "The Best Little Boy In The World Grows Up". I haven't read it yet but maybe I should so I know where my life is going (laughing). Available at any major bookstore in the psychology section.
